I specialise in helping small to medium enterprises and start-ups, by supporting their growth and development.

My services include business consultancy, long-term business mentoring and specialist help for start-ups and growth organisations.

In reality, these services are not always separated...

​

...I might help research an acquisition or develop a marketing plan, complete a financial analysis or written report, then finally plan the implementation and measure the impact.

Years of passion, experience, education, success and failure have left me uniquely placed to add value to your business.

Over many years I have enjoyed both success and failure, learning much about business planning, growth, leadership and solving problems; winning 'The ONE' EADT Entrepreneur of the Year in recognition of my first business. My formative years were spent in many positions in kitchens and restaurant & hospitality operations.

In helping other businesses, I constantly look to improve my own skills and knowledge. I have a First Class degree in International Hospitality Business Management and an MBA from Cranfield University School of Management.

It is this unique combination of experience, education, passion and resilience that differentiates my services from others.

I offer a very personal service and commit fully to delivering meaningful results for you and your business.

How I Work

One solution does not fit all businesses, it often requires vision and understanding of complex environments. Relevant experience combined with my advanced knowledge of finance, marketing, strategy and operations are leveraged together in developing solutions.

My priority is to understand your needs, to take the time to understand your business and what you want to achieve. Too many consultancies have off-the-shelf solutions that are not focused for your specific needs.

Lastly, I work on my own, do not have huge overheads and do not charge excessive fees. I have grown a business from scratch and understand every penny is valuable; I want you to feel I am adding value to your business. I never cut corners and make myself available when I am retained.
