I am passionate about helping small-to-medium enterprises and start-ups, by mentoring the entrepreneurs and leaders who need support and guidance to grow their business successfully.

Over many years I have enjoyed both success and failure, learning much about business planning, growth, leadership and solving problems; winning 'The ONE' EADT Entrepreneur of the Year in recognition of my first business.

In helping other businesses, I constantly look to improve my own skills and knowledge. I returned to education later in life, to supplement my experience, gaining an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and am currently researching my PhD at Nottingham University Business School in International entrepreneruship and business model innovation.

One solution does not fit all businesses, it often requires vision and understanding of complex environments. I bring huge experience of building successful businesses and years of coaching and mentoring to help build your skills and knowledge and make growing your business easier.

My priority is to understand your needs, taking the time to understand your business and your ambitions. Too many consultancies have off-the-shelf solutions that are not focused for your specific needs.

Lastly, I work on my own, do not have huge overheads and do not charge excessive fees. I have grown a business from scratch and understand every penny is valuable; I want you to feel I am adding value to your business. I never cut corners and make myself available when I work with you.
